Ethics, Privacy & Standards

Our money coaches:

Respect the dignity of our clients at all times

Show responsible care and concern and undertake to do no harm

Demonstrate integrity and transparency in all our coaching relationships

Act with honesty and within the boundaries of our coaching competence

Ensure our responsibility to Clients by fully disclosing the nature and potential value of coaching, the nature and limits of confidentiality, financial arrangements, and any other terms of the coaching agreement before the commencement of services.

Identify conflicts of interest, or any other circumstances that may interfere with or impact on professional coaching relationships.
and promptly seek relevant professional guidance or referral as required.

Maintain Client confidentiality in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, with the exception of client-authorised testimonials and any conditions under which information will not be kept confidential (e.g., illegal activity, likely risk of danger to self etc.).

Respect our Client’s right to terminate coaching at any point, for any reason, subject to the provisions of our Coaching Agreement.

Exemplify fairness and equality and avoid all forms of discrimination.

Refunds & Reschedules

Money Energetics is committed to conscious choice making around money. As such, refunds are not offered, unless exceptional medical or unforseen changes in life circumstances apply.

Rescheduling however, is available for:

- Base Camp Coaching: within three months of commencing ; and

- Introductory Workshops, and ongoing coaching clients: up to three times within a 12-month period, if requested via email or text more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled coaching session; and

- Money Circles: only starting dates can be rescheduled, if requested in writing more than 48 hours prior to Circle commencement.

Blog Policy

Respectful, relevant comments that constructively comment on issues raised in Money Energetics' blog posts are welcomed. Anonymous, harassing or 'advertorial' comments will be deleted.
